It was supposed to be the perfect Christmas. I had no idea it would end in murder . . . It's my first Christmas with my new husband and we're spending it with his wealthy family in their remote, luxurious lodge in the Irish mountains. With the festivities in full swing, I quickly discover that behind their flawless image the Silver family are hiding plenty of secrets. Jack's glamorous step-mother Dawn welcomes me with open arms. Then I find out she's whispering about me behind my back. Just days into our stay, Jack and my successful father-in-law Patrick have a heated argument. My dream family holiday is turning into a nightmare.

Just when I think it can't get any worse, my sister-in-law Yasmin looks at me through narrowed eyes and accuses me of something terrible. I stare across the room at the man I married, hoping he will defend me, but Jack doesn't say a word. Something is very wrong.
