Samenvatting:

A mysterious golden shimmering entity with a scent of rose and magnolia seems to manifest whenever Caden is in imminent danger. Caden knows little about the anomaly, but soon realizes that her aura reading is minuscule and what she and her friends are dealing with as they increasingly gain mutant abilities are somehow connected. The one thing Caden does know for certain is that mysteries and problems have been piling up and she is right in the middle of them all. Caden has always been able to read auras, but now other freakish abilities are presenting themselves and it’s not only happening to her. When she seeks refuse in her circle of friends to find answers she realizes that they too are experiencing some odd abnormalities.
