New York is terrorized once again by a series of suicide bombings. Outrage and revenge are the orders of the day. Paul Sullivan who lost everything including the love of his life sets out for some good old fashion revenge. He finds out quickly that he is not alone. He teams up with other killers and goes on the hunt. The hunt for suicide radicals. Only where do you find suicide bombers? All over the world is the answer. The problem is that forces many people think are good are actually evil and are using suicide bombers to keep Americans in a constant state of fear. Who are these evil doers who use America like a monopoly board. Paul realizes you must use killers to battle killers. You must use terror to battle terror, and it is best to use a sharp blade to cut out cancer.
