Samenvatting:

In a dead mall scheduled for demolition, urban explorer Jenna finds a bomber jacket that refuses to stay closed. Its zipper is not a fastener-it's a boundary. When she pulls it, the jacket opens into other cities layered over reality: neon streets that breathe, architectures that remember, and corridors stitched from forgotten people. Each opening destabilizes the network that holds these worlds apart, and something ancient begins to hunt through the seams.

As portals bleed and zipper tunnels collapse, Jenna learns the truth: doors don't exist without anchors. The jacket doesn't just open realities-it turns the wearer into infrastructure. Threads burrow beneath her skin, rewriting her body into a passageway, while the mall reshapes itself to keep what it captures. Faced with a final command-Wear or Die-Jenna must decide whether to become a living doorway or let the network tear her apart.

Blending cosmic horror with hard-edged science fiction, Unzipped Reality is a nightmarish descent into liminal spaces, bodily transformation, and the terror of becoming useful to something vast and inhuman. This is a story about thresholds, identity, and the price of opening what should never be unsealed.
