Set in 2004, when newspapers were still printed and cell phone connectivity remained unpredictable, Insight combines love, longing and fear into a supernatural thrill ride.

Successful writer Seymour Gaines, blessed (or plagued) with an intuitive gift, detects something unspeakably evil about a powerful politician. When Seymour's friends doubt his credibility, this usually independent blind man begins to question his sanity until a protector emerges in the form of a 10-year-old boy, seemingly equipped to take on the forces of darkness. Seymour is also tormented by lingering feelings for his ex-wife, who divorced him for not communicating, a stinging irony for a man who makes his living with words.
