Samenvatting:

Vivienne Saint is a skilled and caring paramedic. She loves life and loves her job until she happens upon a scene that leads her down a very dark road. As she fights her own mind for a sense of normal, she is served a court subpoena informing her that she must testify to the events of that traumatic call. Vivienne is pushed to the breaking point when someone sabotages her car, forcing a crash. Even as she cries out to God she pushes back against those trying to help her.
