What began as a peaceful protest ended with the vicious assault of a police officer and the arrest of Mark Cervantez, a clear air activist, but the police have the wrong man.
Facing a lengthy prison sentence, Mark is desperate to clear his name and return home to his family. While Mark works to prove his innocence, an eco-terrorist organization infiltrates the bio-tech lab where he works. Calling themselves the Black Cross, they run missions to disrupt the oil industry.
