The Author: Ivan Zorzetto, born in 1972, is an entrepreneur, consultant, and trainer. For 20 years, he has been helping entrepreneurs expand their businesses. As a partner of OSM, a leading consultancy firm in Italy for Small and Medium Enterprises, he is the Managing Director of the division responsible for developing OSM's business in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. He is also the Internal Head of Training in Public Speaking and Effective Communication. Ivan is happily married to Ilenia and is the father of Federico and Alice.
