Anxiety disorders and panic, are not intended as the product of a deficit, a lack of psychological or organic, but as the effect of a hyper-functionality psychic empathic sensitivity with a rich and an equally rich intelligence estimates, the anxious person lives an inner conflict over the choices and ways of being that, solved, not only unlock his life, but provides some guidance to contemporary to improve the quality of the relationship between man and his social and cultural productions. It is for this reason that we all felt and feel anxious and, at the same time, we are able to easily understand the anxiety of others and put ourselves in their mood. Anxiety is an emotion in short, fundamental and entirely spontaneous, which serves to protect us from external threats while preparing motivating us to action and interaction with the surrounding world.
