Samenvatting:

Mike Kenscott was on a camping trip with his brother Andy in the Sierra Mountains when his life changes. Suddenly, he finds himself transported to a different world, or perhaps to a different time... And definitely into a different body. Mike has become Adric, Lord of the Scarlet Tower in the Rainbow City of Narabedla.

Mike/Adric encounters the odd inhabitants of Narabedla, hoping for their help to find a way to return to his own identity. He has both some of Mike's and some of Adric's memories firmly in his mind, but he must find the Keep of the Dreamer and release the terrible Falcons of Narabedla.
