The Model of CEIS Standard 2009 is:
0.1. Planning the Quality of Educational Services for the Educational / School Institution
The planning of quality of the Educational / School Institution is realized through 5 key areas:

  1. Quality of MANAGEMENT in the Organization and Management area
  2. Quality of MANAGEMENT in the Human and Professional Resources area
  3. Quality of EDUCATION in the Educational and Teaching System area
  4. Quality of SOCIAL relationships between students, families and social environment with teachers and Management
  5. Quality of CERTIFICATION of the system and services.
    0.2. The differing views to assess the Quality of Educational Services
    The Quality Plan for the Educational Institute / School must consider:
    - the quality of services from the point of view of students, families and social community (QUALITY PERCEIVED at SOCIAL level);
    - the quality of services from the point of view of executives and management (QUALITY RECOGNISED at MANAGEMENT level in the management of human resources area);
    - The quality of services from the point of view of Teachers and Operators of the institution (SELF-EVALUATED QUALITY at EDUCATIONAL and TRAINING level);
    - analysis of practitioners, experts in quality certification (AWARDED QUALITY at CERTIFICATION level).
    0.3. Internal Assessment within Educational and Training Services
    Internal assessment is carried out by people who live and determine the educational processes:
    - SELF-EVALUATED Quality (by Teachers of Educational processes and Operators of organizational processes);
    - RECOGNIZED Quality (by the Management);
    - PERCEIVED Quality (by students, families and social community).
    0.4. The External Assessment of Educational Services
    The external assessment is carried out by companies and / or technicians external to training services, , not involved into the relations among the players that determine the AWARDED Quality (by the Certification Expert / Auditor).
    0.5. The Global Assessment of Services
    The Global Assessment must be made by bringing together and integrating the different views of evaluation and assessments of the services quality, through a shared process, led by a Technical - Scientific Committee, which expresses the CERTIFIED quality.
