The book consists of eight even verse unrhythmic poems styled for students who are aiming to achieve their General Certificate in Engish Language, Literature or just to become a poetry lover. It is there to assist learners in their comprehension and vocabulary. However, this book does not contain any 'Contextual References' as it's believed that challenge should be an applicable strategy in order for a better achievement.

The author has faintly changed the changed his style of writing of writing and has applied simpler words as compared to his first book namely 'Facets of Life'. Moreover, they carry an in-depth meaning to gain a deeper understanding for those who are keen in poetry or have just entered their foots into the arena of English Language.
