This book examines the ways in which decisions are made. Then it evaluates the major types of decisions including routine, non-routine, strategic, tactical, and operational. Last, but certainly not least, ideas for improving organizational decisions are suggested and explored. The text also contains organizational examples for clarification and better understanding.
