I do not purport to own these skills; they have existed in many forms for many years however in this book they have my flavour. I encourage you to read and explore further by accessing the books in the recommended reading section. Once learnt these skills can also be applied to other areas of your life where unwanted patterns may prevent other things happening. It is intended that this book be short and easy to read however this does not undermine the science at its foundation.
