This journal is a keepsake intended for both boys and girls ages 5-12. It is set up with questions to answer each year for five years. This journal will give children an outlet to refer to whether they write new answers each year or keep them the same – the goal is to give them the opportunity to think for themselves, discover their likes, and understand their whys when answering the questions and to continue journaling as the years go on.

When the children grow into adults, they can look back at this journal, which may have even been their first journal, see their thoughts as a kid and also their handwriting, which seems to be a lost skill in this digital age.
