This book constitutes the proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Cooperative Design, Visualization, and Engineering, CDVE 2019, held in Alcudia, Mallorca, Spain, in October 2019. The 26 revised full papers and 6 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions.
