This play is meant to appeal to both children and adults. Children will love the cranberry and grape characters and adults should like some of the themes such as acceptance of diversity and environmental responsibility. Some of the vocabulary will be beyond children's familiarity, in fact may even be beyond that of many adults. However, the rhyming of the "big words" will add to their appeal and should be understandable within the context of the play's action. The play is somewhat political such as the reference to the 2020 election in U.S.A. but these parts may be deleted should it not be relevant to your audiences. The music could be played as audio only but ideally one would have a live band on stage performing the songs. Potential users of this script are welcome to contact the author for assistance.
