Samenvatting:

During a sting operation 25 years ago, FBI agent Josh Cordelia and his partner Fritz Von Schlegen captured mafia boss leader, Vinny Cordenli, and put him away in the federal penitentiary. Josh died last year still fighting the mafia. Now his daughter, Officer Joshtine Cordelia, known to most as Cordy, discovers Vinny has been released. Vinny vows revenge, and Cordy's life is in danger. Fritz, now in the witness protection program, becomes Lars Konig while working in a candy factory. Fritz's daughter dies in a car accident, and her spirit returns to Earth to protect her four-year-old daughter, Marta. Fritz joins Cordy and his old FBI buddies, risking their lives to get justice.
