Members of Punjab Police department work in an awful and complicated surroundings and environment and so face several challenges and threats in field duty. Whereas performing their duties and providing the justice in accordance to law, they bear lots of pressure, harassment and stress that effects their work engagement badly. The aim of this analysis is to analyze the connection and relationship between these variables. Result show a very dangerous stage of workplace harassment, stress and their engagement badly effected due to these variables.
