Specially designed by Franco Reggiani for Count Giannino Marzotto, the Uovo, so nicknamed for its egg-shaped front grille and streamlined, jet fuselage-like bodywork, enjoyed a competitive period on the racing tracks of Europe in the 1951 and 52 seasons.
