My daughter Chrissy made this request to me only months before being murdered by her boyfriend. Today, the entire family continues the ritual of picking up pennies in remembrance of Chrissy. In this candid dichotomy of a depressed Christian, I share a journey of the heart and a paradigm shift in my spiritual life as I struggled with losing my daughter to Domestic Violence.
