Meditation allows the Christian to still the senses of their body so that God can speak and communion with their spirit. Most Christians struggle with their prayer life trying to get things accomplished. The problem that most Christians don't realize is that they are not truly in the presence of God; as a result their prayers are not answered. Because God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must do so in Spirit. Christians who has learned how to meditate have found themselves obtaining not only an answer from God, but achieving awareness of their ONENESS with God and acquiring supernatural power through meditation.
