The people of Sub-Saharan Africa are already encountering several mental health crises due to challenges of meeting their daily needs, utilities, socio cultural challenges. With climate changing, it is perceived to be an additional mental burden to the already existing ones. The mental health consequences of climate change particularly in relation to heat exposure and floods, are increasingly recognized as critical public health challenges in Sub Saharan Africa especially, in vulnerable regions such as Sub-Saharan Africa. The journey of "Dealing with Emotional Wounds" has been one of exploration, insight, and transformation. Through these chapters, we've navigated the intricate landscape of our emotions, confronted the origins of our wounds, and learned strategies for healing and growth.
