Determined to change this for himself and those around him, Casey comes up with a plan to make the next day brighter. Join him as he takes us on a journey from rainy day mess to sunshine! This story is fun to read and includes an art project and discussion to help children of all ages move through the unexpected challenges each day presents.RJ works as a mindfulness guide writing custom meditations opening pathways to ease for clients of all ages. Working with children inspires RJ to write stories sparking conversations on sometimes difficult topics and allowing space for insights into mindful actions. Her hope is these revelations will allow children to guide each of us to a world full of creative thought and heartfelt connection to others. She holds a BA in English with a Creative Writing minor from West Virginia University.
