Samenvatting:

Corona viruses are a large family of viruses that are known to cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and severe acute respiratory syndrome. The present study was done to analyze data of Pulmonary Function Test changes seen in Forced Vital Capacity, Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second and ratio of FVC/FEV1 post covid-19 subjects in Parul Sevashram Hospital Vadodara. Male and female post-COVID-19 subjects between the age group 18-40 are considered for our study.From the study of 150 subjects 50 were excluded and 100 subjects were taken for our study. Restrictive lung conditions were considered for our study. Both males and females were included.PFT data were taken with the help of the Standard Gold Scale. The results show that there are significant changes seen in the Pulmonary Function Test in 100 post COVID-19 subjects.
